3. Bookings & Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you have received confirmation from BGlam Makeup Studio. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including the correct service, date, and contact details.
4. Payments & Deposits
Certain services, including bridal bookings and training courses, may require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure your appointment. Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
For bridal and training bookings, separate terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. BGlam Makeup Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions where such information has not been disclosed.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise the health or safety of the client or our staff.
7. Training Courses
All training courses provided by BGlam Makeup Studio are designed for educational purposes. Certification (where applicable) is awarded upon successful completion of the course.
Course fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to reschedule training sessions where necessary.
